Start the weekend off with 90 minutes of yin yoga and enjoy a deep relaxed state with a long savasana. Stay after class to mingle with other students and to enjoy a glass of wine.
Candlelight Yin will be extra soothing surrounded by candlelight. Be prepared to experience a deep relaxed state with an extra long savasana. This class is for new and experienced students. Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice with poses that are held lying on the back or seated in passive poses for 3 to 5 minutes on average. Yin Yoga stretches and strengthens the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Be sure to register to reserve your spot!
