With times of growing world complexity, there has never been a more important need to experience the power of conscious cinema to your community!
Hare Krishna! is an independent documentary and conscious cinema film celebrating the pioneering life of Srila Prabhupada, a 70-year-old Indian Swami who traveled to America, alone, by steam ship, in the turbulent 1960s to share India’s mystic teachings of bhakti-yoga with the West. The film follows the elderly, yet agelessly courageous and determined Swami on his trailblazing path of spiritual devotion to share the sacred teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and its timeless, simple living, high thinking formula for peace. In this against all odds story, we can all find renewed faith that social change starts within. Learn how in just a short time, with the help of a small group of his young, committed devotees, and iconic friends like The Beatles legend George Harrison, Swami Prabhupada ignited the worldwide cultural and spiritual revolution known today as the Hare Krishna movement.
