New to yoga? Not sure where to begin?
Join our four week program and learn foundational yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This program is designed especially for those who have never tried yoga before or those who want a refresher.
We'll move slowly as we breakdown and demonstrate the foundational yoga postures. I'll show you how to use yoga props (like blocks and straps) to make each pose possible for you. No fancy stuff here. Just the basics.
And no need to feel self-conscious-everyone will be new and the class will be small (no more than 10 participants total). Gain the confidence to practice yoga with anyone, anywhere.
~4 yoga classes (including seated and standing postures, breath work and meditation). Yoga mats and props will be provided for use in class
~The Embody YOGA Beginner's Yoga Program Guide (an e-book)
~Weekly homework (to keep you in practice in between classes)
