If you reserved a free ticket, you must be in your designated seat by concert start time (3:00PM) to maintain ownership of said seat. Empty seats will become available to the public promptly at 3:00PM to ensure all interested community have the opportunity to celebrate the quartet's final residency concerts.
Please be aware that there is *no guarantee* that seats will become available and we are bound to adhere to capacity restrictions for patron safety.
To potentially claim an unused seat, please visit the Peck School of the Arts Box Office Lobby and speak with the house manager on the DAY OF the selected concert between 1:00 & 2:00PM. You will be given a number. This will serve as your rush ticket. Only non-ticket holding patrons may request a rush ticket, and only one rush ticket will be issued per (physically present) patron. At 3:00PM, house managers will begin seating rush ticket holders by number, starting closest to the stage and moving back from there.
Note: seats are not guaranteed, and it will be highly unlikely for two or more grouped seats to become available. Please be prepared.
