Join our Half Marathon Program whether it's your first or your 50th or if you're just looking for some structured long runs with a group!
Saturdays @ 7:15 am, July 22nd through Oct. 7th — 12 weeks.
Performance Running Outfitters Half Marathon training program is geared towards those comfortable running 4 miles and are looking to increase their mileage and fitness. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week. We’ll provide a supportive and structured training class to help you complete the Brewers Half Marathon in 8 weeks and/or the PNC Milwaukee Marathon in 12 weeks*. This class is taught by our in-house certified coach, Nicole who also has a degree in exercise physiology and is a certified personal trainer.
*(There will be 3 training programs available for the Brewers 1/2, the PNC Milwaukee Marathon 1/2, or running in both!)
Class Meets: Starting Saturday, July 22nd at 7:00 AM at the Brookfield Performance Running Outfitters
-FREE!!! Optional Midweek run Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. with our 10k Class

— Paced long runs with experienced runners and pace group with paces 8:30 — 12:00 minutes per mile

Each week there will be topics on how to properly train including:
-Good Form Running Clinic
-Foam Rolling and Recovery
-Proper nutrition for pre & post runs
-Proper Apparel 101: make the temperatures and your training more bearable!
